At Adore My Wig, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your wig from our Adore My Wig collection, you have 14 days to send it back for a return.

Your return will be processed within 1 week after we have received it. Here are the main details you need to know. Please read this carefully, as no exceptions will be made.

For returns made on your own initiative, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is due to an error by Adore My Wig.

If you have chosen wig starter options such as cutting the lace or elastic band, the wig may not be returned due to custom work.

- Your wig must be returned in the condition in which it was received. This means that the lace has not been altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or treated with heat, and all packaging materials are present.

- Each item will be inspected upon receipt before a refund is given. If we find signs of use, your return will be refused or an additional 50 euros will be deducted from your refund.

Requirements when trying on wigs:

If you want to try on the wig, always use the included wig cap to keep the inside of the wig fresh and clean.

**NOTE: If you pay via PayPal, Klarna, or credit card, we withhold a percentage of 8% on a return or cancellation due to the higher processing fees charged by these processors.

JON RENAU WIGS

For Jon Renau wigs, the above return conditions apply and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE is charged. This means that 20% of the previously paid amount will be withheld.

**NOTE: If you pay via PayPal or Klarna, an additional 8% is added to the restocking fee due to the higher processing fees charged by these processors.

Wondering why we withhold these costs? The Jon Renau factory is located in the United States. Therefore, we face extra import costs to the Netherlands. These are costs we unfortunately cannot reclaim. Without restocking fees, we would have to raise our selling price considerably to cover these losses, so these return costs help us offer you the lowest possible selling price.

Purchases made in our salon are not eligible for return.

We take all the time needed to ensure you are satisfied. This way, you can order a wig through our website with peace of mind. Read more about the fitting appointment. If you need a wig urgently or expect to have it the next day, please contact us first to discuss pickup options. Unfortunately, we are entirely dependent on the postal service and cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered on time.

How does returning work?

I have read the above and would like to use the return policy, what now?

Notify Adore My Wig in writing which product you want to return. Send us an email at info@adoremywig.nl with the subject line ‘return registration’ and the following:

Order number:

Reason for return:

And attach a video of the wig.

You will receive feedback on your return request by email as soon as possible with further instructions and return details.

Within 2 days after approval of your return, you must send the product back to Adore My Wig.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

The costs for returning to the webshop Adore My Wig are at your own expense. Send your package with a Track & Trace code so it can be tracked. The current rates of your chosen carrier are on their website. Adore My Wig is not responsible for lost return packages.

When will I receive my refund?

We wait to refund until the product has been received in good condition. The order amount minus any restocking fees / shipping costs will be refunded. The refund will be made using the payment method you previously used, unless you agree to another method.
