All prices on our site are exclusive of shipping costs. Read below everything about ordering and delivery at Adore My Wig.

How long is the delivery time?

The expected delivery time for Adore My Wig's collection is 1-3 working days. If you place an order before 3:00 PM, the package will be shipped the same day with PostNL.

If you have chosen an extra customized option, please allow for +1 working day.

For custom GlamLace real hair wigs, our manufacturer only needs 3-4 weeks. The wig is made especially for you based on your wishes! After inspection in our salon, we will send the wig directly to you. A signature is often required.

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email, so you can always track your package on the carrier's website.

For Jon Renau orders, we have a delivery time of 5-15 working days.

Note: Unfortunately, the above is an indication, as we are dependent on the postal company. We will, of course, do our utmost to ship the package as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the Track & Trace for the latest updates.

Do I pay shipping costs?

The shipping costs are incl. handling fees.

Europe € 14.99

World €25.99

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over 200 euros.

Can I track my order?

Yes, certainly! You will receive a confirmation email after payment. Then, Adore My Wig will send a second email once your order has been shipped, containing the Track & Trace code and link. This way, you can track your order.

'My Track & Trace code indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything.'

'My package is at a pickup point. I am unable to pick it up. Will I get my money back?'

Aren't you home during the first delivery attempt? Then your package will be delivered to a pickup point. You have 1 week to collect it. It is your own responsibility to pick up your package on time. 

I provided the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is provided correctly. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Always include the correct delivery address + order number in the email.

"However, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address for you, as it may be the case that your order has already been processed. Of course, we will do our utmost to implement the change nonetheless. It is not possible to cancel ongoing orders."

"I'm still unsure about a color or wig. What now?"

"We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means you are warmly welcome to come try on the models at our office without any obligation. We take all the time you need to ensure that you are satisfied. This way, you can order a wig from our website with peace of mind."

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, certainly. It is possible to pick up your order at our office in Amstelveen. However, this is only possible by appointment. Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp!
