Warranty – GlamLace Human Hair Wigs


At Adore My Wig, we take plenty of time during your salon appointment to choose a wig together that suits you. We look at the size, fit, color, cap construction and styling together, so you are sure the wig matches your wishes well.

At Adore My Wig, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To keep expectations clear, we apply the following guidelines for Human Hair wigs.


1. Ordering in the salon


Because our wigs are fully custom-made and produced especially for you, we ask for full payment in advance.

The following conditions apply:

No exchange or return: products ordered and tried on in the salon are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This is because it concerns custom work and a hygiene product. Therefore, exchange or return is not possible.

Certainty beforehand: during the fitting appointment, we ensure that you are satisfied with the chosen wig, so you have no disappointment afterwards.

We find it important that you feel confident with your purchase. That is why you receive clear explanations, styling tips and maintenance advice, and you can always request a one-time free video consultation after purchase if you have any questions.


2. Warranty on manufacturing defects


We apply a warranty period of 1 month after purchase for manufacturing defects*. Problems within this period are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We strive for an appropriate solution, provided the wig has been used and maintained correctly.

Always report a manufacturing defect within the warranty period. Preferably contact us within 5 working days after discovery. For proper assessment, we may ask for clear photos or videos of the problem.


Solution for manufacturing defects


If there is a recognized manufacturing defect within the 1-month warranty period, we strive to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apply a maximum period of 3 months for this.


What is covered under manufacturing defects*


Excessive hair loss immediately after receipt (with normal use).

Elastics or straps not sewn on properly.


What is not covered under manufacturing defects

Cap size, construction, color or density chosen at the customer's request and approved during the fitting appointment.

Aesthetic preferences afterwards (such as: "I find the hairline too full" or "the wig unnatural").

The fit of the wig after it has been checked and accepted together with the customer during the consultation.

Wear from daily use, heat damage, insufficient care, or the use of products other than those mentioned in this manual.

Small color variations due to hand coloring.

Frays or damage to the lace caused by wearing, cleaning, or styling.

Note: Our wigs are made of 100% Human Hair and may discolor over time due to sunlight, heat, or product use. Have coloring done only by a professional experienced in wig coloring.

Note: The warranty is void in case of misuse, insufficient care, or when the wig has been altered by third parties (for example cutting, coloring, or bleaching).

We do NOT provide a warranty on the lace. 'Fraying' of the lace is a normal phenomenon. Lace is a fragile, handmade part of the wig. Its lifespan strongly depends on use and maintenance.


3. Wear and replacement of lace frontal


It is normal for the lace frontal to show signs of wear over time, such as:

Hair loss at the roots.

Hairs that can break off.

Replacement of lace frontal is always at your own expense. The price depends on color, length, and density. Our manufacturer supplies custom lace frontals (from €550, based on availability).

Replacement by our wig maker costs €95 or you can choose to do it yourself with the help of our instruction video.


4. Fit, standard sizes, and aftercare


Fit & hair growth

The cap size and construction are determined based on the situation at that time. Changes in the scalp or hair growth may later affect the fit.

Adore My Wig is not liable for changes in fit after delivery but is happy to advise on possible solutions.


Standard sizes

Adore My Wig works exclusively with standard sizes. By placing an order, the customer agrees with the chosen size and fit.


Aftercare

We offer a one-time free video consultation or feedback based on a submitted video.

A physical follow-up appointment costs €75.


Customer confirmation


I have tried on the wig and agree with the chosen size and fit.

I have been informed about maintenance, wearing advice, and usage instructions.

I understand that wear on lace is normal and not covered by warranty.

I understand that returns are not possible.

I understand that the video consultation is free of charge once and that a physical consultation costs €75.
