Guidelines Adore My Wig
At Adore My Wig, we take ample time during your salon appointment to choose a wig that truly suits you. To keep expectations clear, we apply the following guidelines for our synthetic wigs.
1. Ordering in the salon
Because the wig is specially selected, tried on, and personally prepared for you during the salon appointment, including trimming the lace, the following conditions apply:
If the wig is in stock, you can take it with you immediately.
If a reorder is necessary, full payment in advance is required.
Products tried on and ordered in the salon are not covered by the right of withdrawal. This concerns a personalized hygiene product. Exchange or return is not possible.
During the fitting appointment, we ensure you are certain of your choice to prevent disappointment afterwards.
We are not contracted with health insurers. Any reimbursement is outside our responsibility.
2. No guarantee on synthetic wigs
We do not provide a guarantee on synthetic wigs. Tangling and wear are part of the nature of synthetic hair and can occur more quickly with intensive or daily use. We always inform you honestly about this during the consultation.
3. Fit and sizes
Our synthetic wigs are one size and made according to standard ready-to-wear sizes. Therefore, they do not always fit perfectly on every head.
Small adjustments can also be made by yourself using our instruction video.
By placing an order, you agree with the chosen size and fit. Complaints about this do not entitle you to a refund.
4. Aftercare
We pay ample attention to fit, placement, and wearing comfort during the fitting appointment.
If you have questions after purchase, we offer the following free service once:
You send a video to info@adoremywig.nl with the subject ‘Advice synthetic wig’, showing how you wear the wig. We will give you targeted feedback within 5 days.
5. Follow-up appointment
If you prefer to come in person for a follow-up appointment, we charge €75 consultation fee. This covers time, advice, and fit analysis.
6. No exchange and no right of withdrawal
Each wig is personalized and comes into direct contact with the scalp. Therefore, exchange or return is not possible and the right of withdrawal lapses when purchased during a fitting appointment.
7. Use and care
To preserve and extend the lifespan, it is important to follow the care instructions. These can be found on our Frequently Asked Questions Page – Synthetic Hair.
8. Complaints procedure
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. This complaints procedure is set up to protect you as a consumer and to handle any complaints carefully, transparently, and attentively.
If you have a complaint, we ask you to submit it in writing by e-mail to info@adoremywig.nl attn. complaints committee.
Confirmation
I hereby confirm that:
I have tried on the wig and agree with the chosen size and fit.
I have been informed about maintenance, wearing advice, and usage instructions.
I am aware of the above conditions.
I understand that no guarantee applies to synthetic wigs and that tangling is normal.
I understand that returning is not possible.
I know that a follow-up appointment costs €75.
