  We will refund you immediately after processing your return. Returns are processed within 5 business days after being sent back. We ensure that the money is refunded within a maximum of 14 days to the account used for payment. Wigs are excluded from the right of withdrawal.   Would you like to see the lace wigs in person before purchasing, or do you want to try on a wig? You can book an appointment via our WhatsApp feature to visit our headquarters in Amstelveen. This way, you can see the wig in person. To ensure strict hygiene measures, we always provide a new wig cap during fitting.
