Hoe werkt het retourproces?
Bij Adore My Wig willen we dat je tevreden bent met je aankoop! Als je om welke reden dan ook niet helemaal tevreden bent met je pruik van onze Adore My Wig collectie, heb je 14 dagen om het terug te sturen voor een retour.
1. Tot 14 dagen na het ontvangen van een bestelling heb je recht op bedenktijd. Binnen deze periode kun je de overeenkomst ontbinden door na ontvangst van het laatst geleverde product schriftelijk aan Adore My Wig kenbaar te maken welke producten je wilt retourneren.
2. Je ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een terugkoppeling op je retouraanvraag per mail met daarin de verdere instructies en retourgegevens.
3. Binnen 14 dagen na dit schriftelijk contact met Adore My Wig, dien je het betreffende product retour te zenden naar Adore My Wig.
Tijdens de bedenktijd dien je zorgvuldig om te gaan met het product en de verpakking. Je mag het product slechts in die mate uitpakken voor zover dat nodig is om te kunnen beoordelen of je het product wenst te behouden.
Het product dient met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan Adore My Wig geretourneerd worden. Het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten zal binnen 14 dagen teruggestort worden, mits het product reeds in goede orde retour is ontvangen.

Mag ik mijn pruik retourneren?
Bij Adore My Wig willen we dat je volledig tevreden bent met je aankoop. Ben je om welke reden dan ook niet helemaal tevreden met je online bestelling (Adore My Wig collectie)? Dan heb je 14 dagen de tijd om het product retour te sturen. Stuur hiervoor een mail.
Let op: Retourneren is alleen mogelijk wanneer het product in originele staat is, zoals het is geleverd – ongedragen, ongewassen en met intacte lace en labels.
Pruiken waarbij je hebt gekozen voor de optie "lace laten knippen" of "elastische band laten bevestigen", kunnen helaas niet geretourneerd worden.
Aankopen die in onze salon zijn gedaan, komen niet in aanmerking voor retour. Lees hier de retourvoorwaarden.

Je ontvangt zo spoedig mogelijk een terugkoppeling op je retouraanvraag per mail met daarin de verdere instructies en retourgegevens.
Binnen 2 dagen na akkoord van je retour, dien je het betreffende product retour te sturen naar Adore My Wig.
Mag ik de retourkosten zelf betalen?
De kosten voor retour naar de webwinkel Adore My Wig zijn voor eigen rekening. Deze kosten bedragen circa 6,95 euro per pakket; raadpleeg de website van je gewenste vervoerder voor de actuele tarieven. Wij raden aan om jouw pakket te versturen met Track & Trace code zodat je pakket traceerbaar is. Adore my Wig is niet verantwoordelijk voor vermiste retourpakketten.
Wanneer ontvang ik mijn terugbetaling?
De kosten voor retour naar de webwinkel Adore My Wig zijn voor eigen rekening. Wij wachten met terugbetalen tot het product in goede orde ontvangen is, waarna het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten binnen 14 dagen teruggestort wordt.
Voor de terugbetaling zal er gebruik gemaakt worden van hetzelfde betaalmiddel dat je eerder hebt gebruikt, tenzij je instemt met een andere methode.

What is the difference between a 4x4, 13x4, 13x6, 13x7 lace front wig?
At Adore My Wig, we offer various types of wigs. The 4x4, 13x4, 13x6, and 13x7 lace front wigs provide the most realistic hairline. The '4x4', '13x4', '13x6', and '13x7' refer to the size of the lace.
4x4 means a lace front of 4 inches (+- 10 cm) in length and 4 inches (+- 10 cm) in width.
13x4 means a lace front of 13 inches (+- 33 cm) in length and 4 inches (+- 10 cm) in width.
13x 6 means a lace front of 13 inches (+- 33 cm) in length and 6 inches (+- 15 cm) in width. This means you can make the part even further back.
The remaining part of the wig consists of hair strands sewn onto the cap.
Conclusion: Do you want more freedom and flexibility to easily create different styles? Then choose a lace wig starting from 13x4.

How do I know for sure if the wig fits?
The wigs from Adore My Wig have two elastic, adjustable straps at the back for a perfect fit. You can decide how tight you want the wig to be.
Most lace wigs have a One Size fit, unless otherwise stated in the description. The One Size fit has so far suited more than 95% of our customers.

Can I make my own parting with my AMW wig?
Most wigs come with a 13×4 lace frontal. In this case, it is possible to create your own parting. These wigs are very realistic because you have the chance to replicate your own hairline.

Kan ik de pruik zonder lijm dragen?
Ja, dat kan dankzij onze verbeterde pasvorm. In combinatie met onze Wig Grip Band blijft je pruik stevig en comfortabel zitten – zonder lijm. Dit is een echte musthave!
Hoe zet ik de pruik op?
1. Maak je haar plat (vlecht of wrap)
2. Zet de wig grip band op
3. Eventueel een wig cap erover, net achter de siliconen strip
4. Zet daarna de pruik op
Kan ik de pruik vastnaaien?
Nee, wij raden dit af. Vastnaaien versnelt de slijtage van de lace en vezels. Kies liever voor een glueless install of een lichte gel/lijm. Ons advies is om niet te slapen met de pruik op.
Wat is de levensduur van een synthetische pruik?
De levensduur van een synthetische pruik is 1 tot 6 maanden, afhankelijk van gebruik en verzorging. Langere lengtes slijten sneller door wrijving.
Tip: Kies voor onze Langer Mooi Service; dit is onze unieke uitdun-techniek om klitten te verminderen en je pruik langer mooi te houden.
Lijken de synthetische pruiken op echt haar?
Ja, dankzij de speciale GlowFibre-vezel zien onze pruiken er natuurlijk uit en voelen ze zacht aan. Geen plastic look, maar een stijlvolle, realistische uitstraling met een subtiele glans.
Zijn er diverse maten beschikbaar?
Onze pruiken zijn one size fits all, met verstelbare bandjes aan de binnenkant. De pasvorm is het best geschikt voor een medium maat. Heb je een kleiner hoofd? Dan kun je de pruik iets innemen. Bekijk hier onze instructievideo.
WASSEN & ONDERHOUD
How do I wash my AMW wig?
1. Spray cold water on your wig. Detangle your wig with a wide-toothed comb. When there are too many tangles in your wig, it is better to use your fingers.
2. Make a cold water bath with 1 to 2 caps of mild shampoo in it. Mix the water and shampoo together and let your wig soak for about 30 minutes. It is important that your wig is fully submerged. The shampoo helps to remove dirt from the hair.
3. Remove the wig from the water and rinse it well with cold water.
4. Make a cold water bath again and mix 0.5 to 1 cap of conditioner or fabric softener into the water. The conditioner prevents the hair from tangling and keeps it soft and shiny. Fabric softener makes the hair significantly softer, but does not prevent tangling. Therefore, choose the method that applies to your situation.
5. Let the wig soak for about 15 minutes, remove it from the water, and rinse well with cold water.
6. Use a wig holder/stand to let the wig dry.
Important!
-Never comb your wig when it is wet.
-Always use cold water.
-Do not use a hairdryer to dry the hair.
-Use only hair products that are intended for synthetic hair.
Hoe vaak moet ik mijn pruik wassen?
Was je pruik elke 4–5 weken of eerder als deze stug aanvoelt. Ontklit het haar altijd eerst.
How do I restore the fibers of my wig?
Our advice for longer wigs is to always make them tangle-free at the back after wearing them. Due to friction in the neck, tangles can quickly form here as well. From now on, we offer an extra service that significantly reduces tangling. Tip 1: Buy the Control Spray & Shampoo that are specially selected for the synthetic (Futura HD Plus) wigs from Adore My Wig. The Control Spray can be used daily to keep your wig looking beautiful for longer. It is recommended to wash your wig weekly with the Control Shampoo. Tip 2: Preferably do not wear your synthetic wig while exercising or during other intensive activities. Do you have no other choice? Then tie the hair back! The synthetic fibers are of the best quality, however, it is better to avoid too much friction.
Tip 3: Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair. Always start from the bottom and work your way up! This is the best way to minimize damage.

"Although we sell the best synthetic FUTURA HD wigs, you cannot prevent tangling. Especially at the back, you may sometimes experience tangles. Our advice is to always use our recommended products such as the Wig Control Spray and Shampoo. These products have been tested on our wigs. The tangles are best removed by carefully running your fingers through the hair."

How does the return process work?
At Adore My Wig, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wig from our Adore My Wig collection, you have 14 days to return it for a refund.
1. You have the right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receiving an order. Within this period, you can terminate the agreement by notifying Adore My Wig in writing which products you wish to return after receiving the last delivered product.
2. You will receive feedback on your return request by email as soon as possible, including further instructions and return details.
3. Within 14 days of this written contact with Adore My Wig, you must return the relevant product to Adore My Wig.
During the reflection period, you must handle the product and packaging carefully. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
The product must be returned to Adore My Wig with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. The full order amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Kan ik mijn wig föhnen?
Liever niet. Laat de wig aan de lucht drogen op een handdoek of op een standaard. Hitte kan het haar beschadigen, zeker rondom de lace.
Hoe voorkom ik beschadiging van de lace?
De lace is kwetsbaar. Tips om schade te voorkomen:
- Vermijd wrijving en trek er niet aan
- Gebruik geen hitte direct op de lace
- Spuit een klein beetje Ebin Spray aan de binnenzijde van de lace om rafelen te voorkomen
Mag ik hitte gebruiken voor styling?
Ja, incidenteel. Gebruik altijd een heat protector en beperk de temperatuur tot maximaal 160°C. Als je mooie krullen wilt in het haar kun je ook een heatless curler set gebruiken op nat haar en het laten drogen. Wees voorzichtig bij de aanzet/lace om schade te voorkomen.
Mag ik mijn wig dragen in de sauna of stomen met een steampod?
Nee. Hitte en stoom verzwakken de lace. Gebruik geen steampod en vermijd sauna’s.
Hoe bewaar ik mijn wig het beste?
Bewaar je wig op een pruikenstandaard of in een satijnen opbergzak. Vermijd vochtige ruimtes en direct zonlicht. Dit voorkomt klitten en behoudt de vorm van de wig.
Kan ik slapen of zwemmen met mijn wig?
Wij raden het af. Mocht het toch een keer nodig zijn, draag dan een satijnen bonnet of badmuts. Let op: chloor- en zoutwater kunnen het haar beschadigen.
Hoe behoud ik mijn scheiding?
Wissel regelmatig van scheiding (midden, zijkant of geen scheiding) om slijtage te voorkomen. Gebruik een wax stick of alcoholvrije mousse om de nieuwe scheiding te stylen. Het haar nat maken helpt ook bij het aanpassen.
Mag ik mijn wig vastnaaien?
Nee. Het vastnaaien van je pruik verkort de levensduur van de lace. Zet je wig liever af tijdens het slapen.

Heb ik garantie op mijn GlamLace Wig?
Ja, je hebt 1 maand garantie op fabricagefouten, zoals:
- Overmatige haaruitval direct na ontvangst
- Niet goed vastgenaaide elastieken/bandjes
Niet onder garantie vallen:
- Slijtage door dagelijks gebruik of styling
- Rafelende lace
- Esthetische voorkeuren achteraf
- Pasvorm die tijdens het consult is goedgekeurd
Let op: garantie vervalt bij verkeerd gebruik, onvoldoende verzorging of als de wig is aangepast door derden.
Vervangen jullie de lace frontal als deze verslijt?
Ja, maar dit is voor eigen rekening. Onze lace frontals starten vanaf €550 (maatwerk, afhankelijk van kleur/lengte). Het inzetten door onze pruikenmaker kost €95. Je kunt dit ook zelf doen met behulp van onze instructievideo.
Wat als mijn pruik niet goed blijft zitten?
Wij bieden éénmalig een gratis videoconsult of je kunt een video insturen waarop je laat zien hoe je de pruik opzet. Wil je langskomen? Dan rekenen we consultkosten van €75 voor een pasvormanalyse en aanpassingen.

Hoelang is de levertijd?
De verwachte levertijd is 1-3 werkdagen. Wanneer je voor 15:00 uur een bestelling plaatst, dan wordt het pakketje de eerstvolgende werkdag verzonden. Je onvangt per mail een track & trace code, zodat je altijd je pakketje kunt volgen op de website van PostNL.
Betaal ik verzendkosten?
Verzending binnen Nederland is gratis boven de 200.

We kunnen echter niet garanderen dat we het verzendadres voor je kunnen wijzigen, omdat het kan voorkomen dat je order al is verwerkt.

Hebben jullie afspraken met zorgverzekeraars?
Wij hebben geen contracten met zorgverzekeraars. In sommige gevallen is het wel mogelijk om achteraf zelf te declareren – vraag dit voor de zekerheid even na bij je verzekeraar.
Bij Adore My Wig hebben we al veel vrouwen met haarverlies geholpen. Onze prijzen liggen vaak lager dan in traditionele salons, terwijl we juist veel waarde hechten aan een persoonlijke aanpak en het realistische uiterlijk van onze pruiken.
