At Adore My Wig, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wig from our Adore My Wig collectionyou have 14 days to return it for a return.
'Your return will be processed within 1 week after we receive it. Here are the key details you need to know. Please read this carefully, as no exceptions will be made.'
'If you have chosen wig starter options such as cutting the lace or elastic band, the wig cannot be returned due to customization.'
- The wig must be returned in the condition in which it was received. This means that the lace has not been altered in any way, the hair has not been washed or heat styled, and all packaging materials are present.
- Each item is inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued. If we discover signs of use, your return will be refused or an additional 50 euros will be deducted from your refund.
Requirements when trying on wigs:
"If you would like to try on the wig, always use the included wig cap to keep the inside of the wig fresh and clean."
**NOTE: If you pay via PayPal, Klarna, or credit card, we retain a percentage of 8% on a return or cancellation due to the higher processing fees charged by these processors.
JON RENAU WIGS
For Jon Renau wigs, the above conditions apply for returns and a 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged. This means that 20% of the previously paid amount will be withheld.
**NOTE: If you pay via PayPal or Klarna, an additional 8% will be added to the restocking fees due to the higher processing costs charged by these processors.
Curious why we withhold these costs? The factory of Jon Renau is located in the United States. Therefore, we are faced with additional import costs to the Netherlands. These are costs that we unfortunately cannot reclaim. Without restocking fees, we would unfortunately have to significantly increase our selling price to cover these losses, so these return costs help us to offer you the lowest possible selling price.

Within 2 days after agreeing to your return, you must send the relevant product back to Adore My Wig.
Do I have to pay the return costs myself?
The costs for returning to the online store Adore My Wig are at your own expense. Send your package with a Track & Trace code so that it is traceable. The current rates of your chosen carrier are listed on the website. Adore My Wig is not responsible for lost return packages.
When will I receive my refund?
"We will wait to refund until the product has been received in good order. The order amount minus restocking fees will be refunded. The refund will be made using the payment method you previously used, unless you agree to another method."
